October flew by and it’s already November. Before you know it, Thanksgiving will pass, and December will rear its ugly head, along with a thick blanket of white snow.

Besides getting snow tires that say they’re designed specifically for driving in snow, you should also check the battery, fluids, filters, belts and hoses as well.

Heated Seats

These will not save your life, but they will make you happier. Some models even offer a heated seat option for rear passengers. They are also a great luxury feature to have when you sell your vehicle.

Remote Starter

This also will not help you drive in snow, but it will save you tons of time and frustration. Start your car from the comfort of your living room, but make sure you periodically keep an eye on it, just in case. An unattended car with the keys in the ignition is appealing to someone with ulterior motives.
